Shirley has 15+ years of product development experience in both hardware and software, including iPod and iPad at Apple, social apps and services at Facebook and streaming platform at Roku.
She is best at leading through constant changes by bringing order into chaos, and solving hard problems of high complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty with can-do attitude and rigor. She is also passionate about languages and culture and has lived in China, Germany and Australia.
Shirley is a certified executive coach from the Coach Training Institute (CPCC) and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
She has decided to become a coach herself after benefiting tremendously from being coached by awesome coaches throughout her career.
