Robert is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) with the designations of Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist. He also holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. Robert focuses on helping clients achieve better results with less stress by improving their ability to lead consciously and leveraging the collective intelligence of their team(s). He has helped clients improve communication, build effective teams, and leverage their experience to overcome a wide range of challenges. Robert does this by helping clients discover the space where leadership, diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture converge.
