Kari holds a BA in Organizational Communication and Business Management from Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!) and an International Executive MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She has over 15 years of professional experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, including work on international projects and programs.
She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner, a COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is also CQ® Certified Facilitator through the Cultural Intelligence Center and licensed trainer with Strategic Play Group Ltd. in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods.
