She coaches high achieving leaders to live and lead authentically, intentionally, and inclusively in order to transform themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Jenny collaborates with clients across a wide range of industries and careers with a coaching style that is collaborative, curious, idealistic and practical, personalized, warm, and action-oriented. Her perspective is informed by her experience as a people-centric leader, coach, consultant, recruiter, entrepreneur, working parent, and cancer survivor.
Jenny has worked in start-ups, private equity, non-profit, tech, education, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services. She has an MBA in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she taught leadership development to MBA students. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional.
