Her clients have included baby boomers, gen-xers and millenials. Topics around which Anita has coached clients include (but are not limited to): navigating uncertainty and its accompanying stressors, engaging in difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, managing imposter syndrome, mastering direct communication, cultivating executive presence, achieving greater work-life balance, reducing the influence of the inner critic, managing up and down, managing a distributed team, transitioning to retirement and changing careers. Anita is funny, kind, direct and wants to bear witness to you becoming the best version of yourself. To accomplish that, she leverages your hard work, powerful questions and evidence-based strategies. While not a miracle worker, Anita can help you identify your goals and defeat the mindsets and behaviors that stand in the way of you reaching them.
