Denise Csaky is a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach, Career Mentor and trusted, solutions-oriented advisor, devoted to helping professionals discover their core values and do meaningful work that lights them up.
Thanks to her unique professional background, Denise has a deep understanding of and experience with handling C-level challenges. For 10 years, she owned and led a successful business with an international reach, and was part of the management team at her family’s award-winning day spa. Denise also worked in corporate for 10 years up to a director level, and has founded and run her private coaching practice since 2016.
The various steps along her career journey have gifted Denise with a deep appreciation for the life-changing importance of doing fulfilling work we love. And her personal mission is to help others do just that – to fall in love with work again!
Additionally, Denise is extremely passionate about coaching around topics from business strategy, conscious leadership, building motivation, creating inspired teams and optimal decision-making techniques, to navigating crucial conversations, improving emotional intelligence, showing up courageously and authentically, recovering from burnout and so much more.
Denise graduated from Boston University, and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF (International Coach Federation), a COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS) and a Master Energy Leadership Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC Coaching, and an Integrative NLP Practitioner (The Empowerment Partnership).
